The project is located between Jl. Cosatal Road and Jl. Laiman Diki Road, covering an area of ​​about 3,700 square meters, with a construction area of ​​51,300 square meters, a maximum building height of 112.00m, a structural height of 103.4m, and a podium height of 35.85m. The total amount of the project is 210 million ringgit, and the pre-payment will be completed on December 31, 2023.
